The Czechs only took the lead in the second quarter, achieving their largest lead (29:24) after a three-pointer by Vojtěch Hrubán.

For the winners, Nemiash Quetta had 23 points, 18 rebounds and four blocked shots, Rafael Lisboa scored 15 points, and Travante Williams had ten points, five rebounds and five steals.

The top scorer for the Czech national team was Vīts Krejči with ten points.

In the European Championship final tournament, 24 teams will play in four groups in late August and early September in Riga, Tampere, Katowice and Limassol.

The top four teams from each group will qualify for the playoff tournament in Riga, with the medal winners determined in the first half of September.
