President Erdoğan's statements are as follows;

Turkey is waging a massive fight against forest fires, both in the air and on the ground. We are currently on alert day and night to protect our Green Homeland, with 27 aircraft, 105 helicopters, nearly 6,000 land vehicles, 25,000 heroic forest workers, and 132,000 volunteers.
All our relevant institutions, especially our Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, continue their work under the coordination of AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency) without interruption, with great sensitivity, dedication, and sacrifice. Since the beginning of summer, we have completely extinguished 3,062 fires that broke out in our country. I wish success to our heroes who are dedicating their hearts and souls to the ongoing firefighting efforts in various regions of our Green Homeland, and from which we hope to receive good news as soon as possible. I express my gratitude to each and every one of them for their efforts. I once again pray to God for mercy upon all our brothers and sisters who were martyred fighting the fires. May their souls rest in peace.
