US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today that US officials have received information about a possible UN resolution or international agreement that would authorize the deployment of a multinational force in Gaza and will discuss the issue in Qatar on Sunday.

"Many of the countries that have expressed interest in participating at some level, whether it's economic, military or both, will need (a UN resolution or an international agreement) because their domestic law requires it," Rubio told reporters on his plane from Israel to Qatar, en route to Asia."So we have a whole team working on this draft," he added.
