Iran's Nuclear Program and International Oversight

Following the Iran-Israel ceasefire, religious leader Ayatollah Khamenei spoke for the first time.   Khamenei  said,"The US directly entered the war because it thought the Zionist regime would be completely destroyed. But it could not gain anything from this war. The Islamic Republic won on this front as well and dealt a harsh slap to America."

'EVERYONE UNDERSTOOD THE TRUTH'

"The Zionist regime should know that attacking Iran makes them pay a price. They are paying a heavy price and everyone has understood this fact. Our armed forces and our people should be proud of this," Khamenei said.

'THEY COULDN'T DESTROY US'

Iran's Supreme Leader said,"Our nuclear facilities were not affected by the attacks as they said, they targeted us but they could not destroy us. They could not achieve their goal, they are making things bigger to hide the truth. We attacked Al-Ubeid, one of the most important bases of the US in the region. Everyone belittled our retaliation and claimed that nothing happened. But a very big incident happened."

"If they attack us again, we will make our enemies pay the price again, my advice to them from here is not to try this again. Any future aggression against Iran will have a high price," Khamenei said.

'THE US'S ONLY GOAL IS TO GET US TO SURRENDER'

Khamenei said,"The US President said in one of his statements, 'Iran must surrender.' It is not befitting of a country with a great will to surrender. Trump's statement revealed the following truth: The Americans have been clawing at Iran since the beginning of the revolution. They always have an excuse. Their only goal is to make us surrender. Their former presidents also said this, but while they were talking secretly, Trump revealed this secret. We will never surrender."

PENTAGON: TRUMP'S HISTORICAL ACHIEVEMENT

On the other hand, the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) also made new statements regarding the Iranian attack. US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said,"We carried out very successful attacks in Iran. President Trump carried out the most secret and successful operation in history. Thanks to this decisive military action, the war ended.

'WE CAUSED GREAT DAMAGE TO IRAN'S FACILITIES'

"The US attack caused huge damage to Iran's nuclear facilities. The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman also said this. On the other hand, the CIA also said that Iran's nuclear program was damaged. Our reliable sources stated that Tehran's nuclear facilities were destroyed and had to be rebuilt," Hegseth said.

'ANTITRUMP IS IN YOUR BLOOD'

The US Defense Secretary targeted members of the press and said,"Some press organizations have anti-Trump sentiment in their blood. You are trying to manipulate the public with half-truths and leaked information. You are lying to muddy the waters. There are members of the press who turn to lies instead of reporting on our sophisticated operations.   We carried out a brave and dream operation against Iran."

Commenting on Iran's attack on the Al-Ubeid base in Qatar, US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Caine said,"On Monday morning, our president learned that Iran was planning to attack US bases and, upon his orders, our soldiers in Qatar left the headquarters and expanded the security perimeter. Our Patriot batteries were on duty and 44 of our soldiers were responsible for defending the headquarters. Our youngest soldier was a 21-year-old private. Our highest-capacity missiles were also in that area."

'IT WAS THE BIGGEST PATRIOT ATTACK IN HISTORY'

Rest of the News

"At 19:30 local time in Qatar, Iran launched an attack and after the targets were sighted, we launched Patriot missiles repeatedly. It was the largest Patriot attack in our state history. We cannot say how many were fired because it is classified. It was a shower of metal in the sky. You have seen the capabilities of our military, they were incredibly successful," Caine said.

WHAT HAPPENED?

US President Donald Trump announced on June 21 that US B-2 aircraft had carried out air strikes on Iran's Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan nuclear facilities, claiming that the strikes had"completely and totally destroyed" Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities.
