"The situation is complicated. And let's tell the truth, not engage in complacency. Because the enemy does not stop. A new attack is predicted in the coming days," he wrote.
The mayor advises Kyiv residents to stock up on water and food, charge their power banks, and prepare a first aid kit and warm clothes.
Currently, city services are working in an intensified mode to restore stable operation of life support systems.
