The 3rd Assault Brigade carried out an unprecedented operation - our fighters attacked enemy positions in the Kharkiv region, cleared them and captured the occupiers exclusively with the help of drones and ground robotic complexes," the brigade said in its statement. official statement on Facebook.

According to the brigade, the enemy fortifications were first hit by FPV drones and kamikaze versions of ground robots (НРК). When another robot approached the destroyed bunker (an underground or semi-underground fortified shelter, ed.), the Russian soldiers declared surrender to avoid an explosion. The remaining surviving soldiers, according to Ukrainian soldiers, were directed by drones towards Ukrainian positions, where they were captured according to the rules, Ukrainian fighters said in a video recording the action.

What is particularly significant is that positions that neighboring units had previously failed to capture even twice were successfully occupied by this very unit without any direct human intervention in combat.

The operation was carried out by the robotic unit "NC13" from the "DEUS EX MACHINA" company of the 2nd Assault Battalion. According to the 3rd Brigade, this is the first confirmed successful attack in modern warfare carried out entirely by unmanned platforms.
