European countries and Kiev are preparing a 12-point proposal to end the war in Ukraine based on the current front lines, Bloomberg News reported today.

A council chaired by US President Donald Trump will oversee the implementation of the proposed plan, the agency added, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Under this proposal, Ukraine would receive security guarantees and resources to repair war damage. There would also be a provision for its rapid accession to the European Union.
