US President Donald Trump is massively increasing pressure on the mullahs. He is calling on Iran to"unconditionally surrender."

In his online service Truth Socia, Trump writes that the US knows where Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei (86), is hiding. But there is no intention to kill Khamenei,"at least for now." He also stated that the airspace over the country is completely under control.

Shortly thereafter, the US President announced his intention to convene the US Security Council on Tuesday. The council advises the President on foreign and security policy issues.

US Vice President JD Vance (40) also left no doubt about America's intentions: On the online service X, he announced"further measures" by the United States "to end Iranian (uranium) enrichment."
