On Monday, the Ukrainian press began naming individuals who could potentially replace the influential and now former head of the presidential administration, Andriy Yermak.
The most realistic candidates, according to the publication"Ukrainska Pravda", for the position of head of the Chancellery are Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Defense Denys Shmyhal, Head of the State Defense Committee Kyrylo Budanov, and Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Military Affairs Pavlo Palis.
It is also stated that the position of head of the administration may be offered to First Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsya, who is currently involved in negotiations with the United States.
"Such an appointment could shift the emphasis of the administration's duties from scandals and domestic affairs to important international work, which could calm the political situation somewhat," the article says.
