An hour after the original post was published, President Tamás Sulyok modified the text about the Munkács rocket attack.
The original message expressed deep sympathy for the victims of the Russian missile attack on Munkács, wishing them a speedy recovery. He deleted the Russian adjective from it.

He did not change the rest of the post. He was the first of the Hungarian leaders to react.
Update: We contacted the Sándor Palace about the amendment, and they sent a response before 5:30. They wrote that the text was amended because"the office of the head of state was still waiting for official and detailed information and confirmation about the circumstances of the rocket attack on Munkács, the identities of those responsible and those who carried it out," but Sulyok considered it important to be among the first to express his condolences.
According to the office, the"essence and true intention" of the statement was that Sulyok called on the participants to end the fighting.
"It is worth reminding ourselves that every war begins with hatred. It is our shared responsibility to not let this first step happen," they wrote in reference to a war that has been going on for more than 3 years.
A few minutes before the answer, Viktor Orbán posted that Munkács had been hit by a Russian missile attack, but Sulyok has not yet modified his post. For this reason, we are sending more questions to the Sándor Palace.
Early Thursday morning, Russian cruise missiles hit a factory in Munkács, Transcarpathia. According to current information, 15 people were injured.
An American factory was hit, according to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, it is a civilian facility that has nothing to do with the military.
