I pray God has mercy on Hamdi Kilic

Erdoğan stated that he learned with great sadness the news of the death of his Chief Advisor Hamdi Kılıç, and said:

I learned with great sadness the news of his passing, and I pray to God Almighty for mercy upon my chief advisor, my esteemed cause and companion, Hamdi Kılıç. Hamdi Kılıç, a close colleague of ours, made invaluable contributions to us for many years with his expertise in government and politics. With his fertile writing, insightful ideas, and diligence, he provided irreplaceable service not only to our cause but also to our country. We have lost a very valuable, hard-working, and sincere friend, devoted to his state, nation, and faith, at peace with the values of this country, and devoted to this country. We will never forget Hamdi, will always remember his efforts and sacrifices with gratitude, and will remember him fondly and fondly. I once again pray to God for mercy and forgiveness for him, and offer my condolences to his family, loved ones, colleagues, and our nation. May his soul rest in peace, his grave be filled with light, and may he rest in peace, God willing.

Congratulating his party's R&D and Education Directorate, which spearheaded the Organizational Academy and implemented the comprehensive program most efficiently over the course of four months, Erdoğan expressed his gratitude to his comrades who participated, worked hard, and contributed to the Organizational Academies held across the country under the theme"This Is Your Story."

Erdoğan, reminding everyone that they held the opening ceremony of the training at the Leadership School at headquarters in Ankara, said,"The vision we laid out that day was a roadmap for where this movement has come from and where it will go. Today, we are holding our 80th provincial training program in Istanbul, together with you, in the presence of 86 million people. I hope that the training received and the experiences shared at the academy will be beneficial for our party, our country, and our nation."

Erdoğan expressed his love and respect for all the soldiers of the AK Party cadres who will bring the ideal of the Turkish Century from force to action.

In his speech, President Erdoğan said that they are a movement united around a common ideal and a political cadre that sees the fate of 86 million people as its own.

"Each of us is aware of the sacred ideals we aspire to," Erdoğan said, noting that they have prioritized the nation's interests over their personal ones for 24 years. Emphasizing that they have faced countless obstacles, overcome numerous hardships, withstood numerous attacks, and endured numerous testing times, yet have always continued on their path with determination, Erdoğan said,"Our nation has always been our guide and companion on this blessed path. Young people, remember, we grew up together with our nation, we have made Türkiye grow together with our nation."

President Erdoğan continued his speech as follows:

For 24 years, there have been those who have waited with hope for the AK Party to tire, weaken, and stumble, but each time, it was not the AK Party but themselves who tired, weakened, and were left out of the game. There were those who had set a lifespan for us, hoping to erase us from the political scene, and they too have become history. Every morning, we greet the sun with a hope fresher than yesterday. God willing, as long as this life remains in this body, we will not compromise our excitement, our enthusiasm, or our love of serving our country and nation. As Türkiye sets sail for new horizons, we are aware that we must unite our ideas, our strengths, and our enthusiasm. I know very well that every one of my companions here today, watching us on screen, acts with this awareness.

THE STRONGER OUR ORGANIZATION IS, THE BETTER WE CAN SERVE OUR COUNTRY

Erdoğan, explaining that the AK Party is a school established to serve the nation and that its curriculum is directly determined by the nation, said,"Every member of the AK Party family is a student of this school. The stronger our organization, the better we serve our country. It is our fundamental priority that every brother who embraces our movement acts with knowledge, vision, and morality, and develops himself in the best possible way. The AK Party Continuing Education Center, which we established with this understanding, trains not only the cadres of today but also those of the Turkish Century. The Organization Academy, the Academy for Youth, the Academy for Women, the Local Governments Academy, the Consulting Academy, the International Academy, the Media Academy, and the Politics Academy prepare the leaders who will build our bright future."

Erdoğan stated that 87,000 members of the organization have participated in the high-quality training programs they have organized in 80 provinces to date, saying,"We are now setting our sights even higher, accelerating our efforts and shifting gears. Hopefully, we will soon have 300,000 members of our organization, from our women's and youth branches to our neighborhood representatives, participate in these trainings in all 81 provinces."

Erdoğan stated that they have mobilized all resources to create a dynamic organization that stands out with its horizons and self-confidence, shines with its knowledge and courage, and passionately serves its city, party, country, and nation. He expressed their desire to further strengthen this quality through enriched training programs.

President Erdoğan stated,"Our training programs also contribute significantly to the unity, solidarity, discipline, and cohesion of our organization. While we develop our members in terms of knowledge, skills, experience, and a collaborative work culture, we also reinforce our staff with new faces and names. We are not only tightening our ranks, but also expanding them."

WE WILL NOT ALLOW ISTANBUL TO BE FURTHER WORN DOWN BY THE INTERCESSION IT IS GOING THROUGH

Erdoğan, reminding that nine new members, including Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu, joined the party on the 24th anniversary of the AKP's founding, and that they pinned party badges on Konya Seydişehir Mayor Hasan Ustaoğlu and Emirgazi Mayor Mesut Mertcan at the Central Decision and Executive Board meeting the day before, said,"Today, we are experiencing the joy of Beykoz Deputy Mayor Özlem Vural Gürzel and our municipal council member joining the AKP family. I welcome them to our family council; you have brought them joy." I wish them great success in serving Beykoz.

President Erdoğan said,"We will stand shoulder to shoulder with these brothers of ours to disperse the clouds of servicelessness that have descended upon Istanbul like a nightmare, and we will not allow the period of interregnum it is going through to further erode Istanbul."

Erdoğan emphasized that the AK Party strives to find solutions to Türkiye's problems, regardless of their size. He stated that they have broken the mold, shattered prejudices, and successfully overcome countless seemingly insurmountable obstacles to this end. He also stated that they have sometimes spearheaded not just their efforts but their entire bodies, saying,"It's the way it is, but it won't stay that way."

WE ARE IN FULL HARMONY AND SOLIDARITY WITH OUR ALLIANCE PARTNERS

Erdoğan emphasized that they are acting with the same understanding in the "Terror-Free Turkey" process, which they launched a year ago to solve the country's nearly 50-year-old terrorism problem and are resolutely pursuing as a state project. He said,"We have thwarted every attempt to undermine the process over the past year. We are weaving the process step by step with a patient, careful, and sincere attitude and an embracing tone that encompasses all 86 million people. We are in complete harmony and solidarity with our alliance partners. We want to completely tear down the wall of terror erected between the individuals of our nation and walk together with all 86 million of us towards a more peaceful, more prosperous future where peace and brotherhood prevail. Despite what the doomsayers say, we are steadily progressing towards this goal, step by step."

President Erdoğan noted the following in his speech:

"Let everyone know and understand this. Those who have been accustomed to designing Türkiye's domestic and foreign policy with the baton of terror for decades - I am saying it frankly - are rowing in vain this time. They should not try in vain. With God's permission, there will be no turning back from here. We will not allow such a situation at any cost. While the borders in our region are being redrawn with blood and tears, we will not consent to the re-enactment of the game of divide and rule. Whether those who act with the delusion of the promised land accept it or not, there is no place for terrorism and expansionism through terror in the future of our region. God willing, there will be no place. In God's name, both our brotherhood and our centuries-old experience have the power and strength to spoil any game and overcome any problem. Just as we have lived side by side as Turks, Kurds, and Arabs for 1,000 years, we will continue to be one and together, to live as brothers under the same tears and the same sky. I have not the slightest doubt about this. Together with you, my brothers, we will continue to be the champions of our nation and our people. I strongly urge the brotherly peoples beyond our borders not to give credence to the chambers and centers of discord.

President Erdoğan stated that while they are busy solving Türkiye's chronic problems, a very different agenda dominates the main opposition. Erdoğan said,"Frankly, this opposition has been abandoned. They are struggling in the vortex of the 3Ks to which they have condemned themselves. What are these 3Ks? Fighting, chaos, crisis. Yes, they have almost become one with the crisis, the power struggle, the chaos. They have become incapable of engaging in politics without creating tension both at home and abroad. The situation has become so dire that, aside from insults and threats, they have nothing to say to the public, nor a project to pave the way for the country. They are trying to exert pressure on the courts and the political arena, but even that is a mess. They think they can cover up corruption by dividing our people into camps, attacking our police, and terrorizing our streets."

INVESTIGATION AGAINST MANAVGAT MUNICIPALITY: HE IGNORED EVERYTHING!

Speaking about the footage circulating on social media regarding the investigation into the Manavgat Municipality, Erdoğan said,"As you know, the leader of the main opposition party came out when the scandal in Manavgat first broke, accusing our judiciary and police officers of conspiracy. He shamelessly accused our party in an attempt to suppress the crime, even though the fingerprints of his own friends, for whom he had vouched, were found on the baklava boxes. He even went so far as to say, 'There's 32 hours of video. I watched it.' I called on this gentleman, 'Since you have 32 hours of footage, go and hand it over to the judiciary.' I repeated this call several times. He ignored them all. It's been 62 days since he said, 'I watched the conspiracy video,' but this slanderer hasn't shared even a single 32-second footage, let alone 32 hours, to prove his conspiracy accusation. In other words, he's been buried under the slander he's leveled against our party, our judiciary, and our police force."

Recalling the proverb,"Be honest, the unrighteous will find their punishment," and stating that they witnessed the wisdom of this saying once again yesterday, President Erdoğan continued as follows:

I'm sure you've been following along. While Mr. Özgür is still wondering how he can get away with this, another new video was released yesterday regarding the Manavgat scandal. Just like the last one, euros and dollars are the main actors in this one. Let's see what the gentleman has to say about this video. How will he explain the bales of euros, dollars, and gold to the public? Who will he sling mud at again? Who will he try to smear? As you know, the CHP leader has recently taken to visiting jewelry stores with a calculator and calculating gold. Here's his chance. Let him calculate the bribery bullion in Manavgat. While he's at it, let him compile a summary of the billions stolen from the people in Antalya, Izmir, and Istanbul. After doing all this, if he has even a shred of dignity, he should apologize to the police and our judiciary for the slander he hurled in Manavgat.

WE WILL NOT WAIVE THREATS AND STREET CALLS

President Erdoğan expressed his wish to remind CHP Chairman Özgür Özel of something, saying,"Even if he refuses to admit it, Turkey is a state governed by the rule of law. No one, including the CHP's corrupt members, is privileged before the law. Furthermore, all the actors in the judicial processes they have been trying every possible way to foist on us for months are members of the Republican People's Party. I've said it several times before. I'm repeating it today: Those who apply to court are members of the CHP, those who are being complained about are members of the CHP. Those who say, 'I changed my vote with money,' are members of the CHP, those who say, 'I took a bribe, I gave a bribe,' are members of the CHP. The victims, the complainants, the interveners, the informants, the defendants and plaintiffs—in short, all the parties involved are members of the CHP. In other words, there's an internal battle within the CHP. But you see, the CHP Chairman is blaming us. He's trying to drag us into his own quagmire. We are not, never have been, and never will be a part of this fight, this chaos, this internal crisis of the CHP, Mr. Özgür." He spoke as follows.

Stating that they will do whatever is in their power within the framework of the Constitution to ensure that legal processes are carried out without any pressure to ensure justice is served, Erdoğan said,"We will certainly not give in to threats and street calls, but we will not allow the increasingly ugly fight between the old and new CHP cadres to cause our party and government to withdraw. Despite the rudeness and bullying of the main opposition, we will maintain our political civility to the end."

Addressing his comrades, Erdoğan said, “This miserable state of those we face does not make our task any easier. On the contrary, it further aggravates the burden on our shoulders. You will be the ones writing the new pages of the AK Party’s success story. Remember, each of you represents the hopes of this beloved nation, which have been dashed for years, often left unfulfilled. As members of the AK Party, you are all playing historic roles in Türkiye’s struggle for the future. As the AK Party and the People’s Alliance, we have much more to serve this country and nation. I implore you all to show utmost sensitivity and to continue shouldering this nation’s burden with patience, dignity, and seriousness.”
