"Russia chooses ballistics over the negotiating table. It chooses the continuation of the killings over the end of the war," the president said.

"And this means that Russia is still not afraid of the consequences. Russia is still taking advantage of the fact that at least part of the world is turning a blind eye to the killed children and looking for excuses for Putin," Zelensky emphasized.
