With the exception of one cable channel, all international media outlets withdrew from the Pentagon on Tuesday evening after Pete Hegseth tried to have the press reporting from the department sign a new policy that would make it virtually impossible for journalists to work.

The world's most incompetent defense minister, according to all indications, on Signal military secrets Former Fox News anchor Pete Hegseth would require that media outlets be granted access/accreditation only if they sign an agreement: they agree not to collect or release information that has not been approved by the government. Those who do not sign the agreement could lose their Pentagon press pass, and with it their access to the all to an American military facility.

The press was given until 5 p.m. on Tuesday to sign the new rules, but only one (1) outlet, conservative cable channel One America News, had done so. Even the minister's former employer, Fox News, which is not a Trump critic under any circumstances, was unwilling to do so.
