Calgary, Can. President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo arrived in this city to participate in the G7 Summit as a guest.

Sofía Karina and Juan Romero, Mexicans who have lived in Calgary for 12 years, managed to approach President Sheinbaum Pardo when she arrived at the Sheraton Hotel.

"I told her not to let us down, that I didn't want anyone to tell me I was wrong about her; that we have high hopes, and that I'd like to return to Mexico. I hope she makes it possible," said Sofía Karina.
