Dr. Badr Abdel Aaty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, and Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, expressed their solidarity with the sisterly State of Qatar in the face of the recent Israeli aggression that targeted its sovereignty. They stressed the need for an immediate end to the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip and the rejection of the policies of blockade, starvation and displacement. They also emphasized the need for full access to humanitarian aid and support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among which is the establishment of an independent state on the June 4, 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital.
