• She said that the limited airdrops did not exceed half a truck and fell in combat zones that civilians were prohibited from going to.
The government media office in Gaza said Monday evening that Israel had allowed 87 aid trucks into the Strip, confirming that most of them had been stolen under its protection.
The office added in a statement that"no more than 87 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip today, the majority of which were looted and stolen due to the chaos deliberately perpetuated by the Israeli occupation."
He pointed out that the Israeli occupation army committed a complex massacre, beginning with its refusal to allow aid trucks into the area, before targeting the clan and family security personnel, resulting in the deaths of 11 people.
He added,"After confirming their deaths, the occupation forces opened the way for the trucks to enter, only to fall into the hands of criminal gangs and thieves under their direct protection, including drones and live ammunition, directed at civilians."
On the other hand, the office stated that"the limited airdrop operation carried out today did not exceed half a truckload of aid, and it landed in red combat zones east of the al-Tuffah neighborhood and Jabalia, where the occupation army is present. These are areas that are completely inaccessible to civilians."
The office affirmed that "what is happening in the Gaza Strip is a clear and systematic example of the Israeli occupation's conscious efforts to spread chaos and engineer famine, deliberately preventing aid from reaching its warehouses or those who deserve it, which constitutes a deliberate and ongoing crime against besieged civilians."
He held Israel and the US administration "fully responsible for this genocide, starvation, and systematic chaos."
He called for immediate international intervention and an impartial UN mechanism to distribute aid in a manner that adheres to the principles of humanitarian action.
Since the genocide began on October 7, 2023, Israel has been simultaneously committing a starvation crime against the Palestinians of Gaza. It tightened its measures on March 2, closing all crossings to humanitarian, relief, and medical aid, causing famine to spread and reaching"catastrophic" levels.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the death toll from famine and malnutrition as of Monday has reached approximately 147 Palestinians, including 88 children, since October 7, 2023.
While the genocide, with American support, left more than 205,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and a famine that claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children.
