According to Zelensky, the enemy's attack affected Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kherson, Volyn, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Zhytomyr regions. One person was killed and wounded as a result of the attack.

"Critical infrastructure was damaged in Sumy - several thousand families were left without electricity. Combined strikes were carried out on Shostka. A residential building was damaged in Odessa. Six people were injured, including a child. Unfortunately, one person died. My condolences to the family and friends," the president added.

The Head of State also confirmed missile and drone strikes on Pavlohrad and once again emphasized the need to strengthen air defense.

Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police worked at the scene. Pets were evacuated from the damaged apartments, rescuers reported.
