MAGA Movement Internal Conflict

Former supporter of President Donald Trump, representative of the MAGA movement, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene responded to criticism of the head of the White House, accusing him of covering up the case of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

She wrote about this on Saturday on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.

"I'm being attacked by President Trump because of the Epstein cases. It really makes you wonder what's in these cases and who and what country is putting so much pressure on him," Green said.

She added that she forgives him and will pray that he returns to his original promises made to the MAGA movement.

Trump, in turn, continued to subject his former ally to devastating criticism.

In a Saturday post on the social network Truth Social, he called her a traitor and once again accused her of leftist sentiments, using the surname Green (green).

"Fleecy Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Bura (green grass turns brown when it starts to rot!) betrayed the entire Republican Party when she went left wing, made a bad appearance on the pathetic program The View (on ABC, – ed.) and became the fake Republican she always was, as we all know," Trump noted.

He also distorted her name, Taylor, replacing it with the similar-sounding Traitor.

Marjorie Traitor Greene is a disgrace to our great Republican Party! – the president pointed out.

As Ukrinform reported, Trump said on Friday that he refuses to support Green, who often makes populist statements and criticizes the administration's policies.

Back in the summer, the congresswoman, known for her anti-Ukrainian statements, expressed doubts that she would continue to be in the ranks of the Republican Party due to disagreements with its policies and President Trump.
