The exchange reaffirmed the shared commitment to strengthening bilateral partnership and consolidating cooperation between the two countries in security-related areas, according to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior.

The discussions focused on several shared priorities, including security and operational cooperation, migration flow management, and training and skills exchange.

The two officials stressed the importance of further developing information sharing, strengthening institutional capacities and promoting joint actions adapted to current challenges.

In the same spirit, the two ministers expressed their determination to deepen existing cooperation and to drive new initiatives in the service of stability, security and development.

For his part, Abdelouafi Laftit recalled the centrality of coordination between the different partners and reaffirmed to his Serbian counterpart the Kingdom of Morocco's commitment to active, supportive and responsible international cooperation, in the service of regional stability and global security.
