Less than ten days before the start of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the National Airports Office (ONDA) confirms that all airport platforms in the Kingdom are fully mobilized to welcome supporters, delegations and teams in the best conditions.
Moroccan airports will be at the forefront of supporting this continental event, in close coordination with the local organizing committee and CAF.
For more than a year, human and material investments have been made: improving capacities, modernizing infrastructure, streamlining passenger journeys, and increasing the skills of teams.
In close cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior, the National Security Directorate (DGSN), the Royal Gendarmerie, Customs, and the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, Morocco's airports are ready to meet the demands of the event, which will attract thousands of fans from all continents. The airports hosting the competition are currently implementing enhanced organizational measures to handle the expected influx of passengers. Wayfinding zones, multilingual signage, dedicated support teams, continuous operational monitoring—every detail is designed to offer a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment of arrival on Moroccan soil.
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations also presents an opportunity to demonstrate the effectiveness of the national aviation ecosystem and to further assert Morocco’s role as an African hub.
On this occasion, ONDA unveiled an institutional spot under the signature Welcome Football, Welcome Fans, designed to instantly immerse the traveler in the festive atmosphere of the competition.
