"Now, when our people are eliminating the consequences of one of the largest Russian terrorist attacks, we are seeing another attempt by Hungarian officials to paint black and white and shift the blame for the ongoing war onto Ukraine," Zelenskyy noted.

The President of Ukraine recalled that Ukraine has positively received all the world's proposals for a ceasefire and real diplomacy, and the only one who has rejected them is Russia.

"Unfortunately, there is still no fair reaction from Hungary to such behavior of Russia, just as there is no sympathy for the death of our people: in just one night and in Kyiv alone, Russian drones and missiles took the lives of 17 people, including four children [according to updated data, 18 people have already died - UNIAN]," Zelensky noted.

At the same time, new accusations against Ukraine are being made from Hungary every day.

"Hungarian officials have reached the point of trying to discriminate against representatives of the Hungarian community in Ukraine for their participation in the defense of our state and people. If Hungary really closed entry to Hungary and the entire Schengen zone to one of the military commanders, who is an ethnic Hungarian and a citizen of Ukraine, then this can only cause indignation," Zelenskyy stressed.
