The 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) began in the city of Khankendi, Azerbaijan, with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Erdoğan is also holding bilateral talks on the sidelines of the summit, hosted by Azerbaijani President İlham Aliyev at the Khankendi Congress Center. President Erdoğan met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Khankendi. During the meeting, relations between the two countries, as well as Israel’s attacks on Iran and the ceasefire reached, and regional issues were discussed.



President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with his counterparts from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

President Erdoğan, who attended the 17th Economic Cooperation Organization Summit held in the city of Khankendi in Azerbaijan, is making various contacts.

In this context, Erdoğan met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov and Tajikistan President Emomali Rahman at the Khankendi Congress Center.
