As announced by that prosecution, he is suspected of having committed a serious crime against security  of public traffic in connection with the criminal offense Endangering public traffic.

There are grounds for doubting that M.T. while driving the bus passed the red light for vehicles at the intersection and hit a girl (15) who was crossing the pedestrian crossing with her mother while the traffic light was green for pedestrians.

She was damaged as a result of her injuries died on the spot.

After that, the bus crossed into the opposite lane and hit three vehicles that were at the traffic lights, and then hit a residential building where it stopped.

One passenger from the bus received minor injuries.

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgrade arrested the bus driver M. T. (1964) due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense  serious offenses against the safety of public transport.

Today in Zemun, while driving a bus, the suspect knocked down a pedestrian in 2009, after which he crossed into the opposite lane where he hit stopped vehicles, and then hit a residential building where the bus stopped.

In this traffic accident, a 16-year-old pedestrian died on the spot, while two people from the vehicle hit by the bus were injured, as well as one from the bus.
