A new national survey confirmed a known fact and brought a couple of surprises. The known fact? That all politicians have more rejections than support. The surprises? President Javier Milei finished 13 points ahead of Vice President Victoria Villarruel, and his sister Karina, 1 behind the picket leader Juan Grabois.
These numbers come with the latest study from Synopsis, a firm founded in 2015 by political scientist Lucas Romero, now a media regular. The company was born as a spin-off of Ecolatina, the economic consultancy firm created by Roberto Lavagna.

Between July 8 and 14, Synopsis conducted an online survey of 1,495 cases nationwide, with a +/- 2.6% margin of error. Clarín has already released some figures from the study, which, in line with other pollsters, show a drop in the image of Milei and the Government in July.
As for the image table, it includes 14 leaders: six in power and eight in opposition. All have more negative than positive ratings. Within this critical context, the libertarians stand out.
Image ranking: the top 7
The ranking is sorted by positive image. This works against the lesser-known leaders at the national level, who end up with lower numbers, both positive and negative.
As for the Top 7, despite the aforementioned drop he experienced this month, Milei remains in first place. He combines +43% with -50%, leaving him with a balance of -7 points.

It is the same negative balance (- 7) shown by Manuel Adorni, who improved in the polls after his electoral victory in the City. The official spokesman has + 41% and - 48%. The difference with the President is the average image: 7% Milei and 11% Adorni.
The podium is completed by Patricia Bullrich. The Minister of Security and probable candidate for senator for the City in October, is another firm fixture in the top positions in this type of measurements. Here she is third, with 40% positive, 12% average and 48% negative (balance - 8 points).
Two other government officials appear at the top of the list: Representative José Luis Espert, who could lead the Buenos Aires province ticket in the national legislative elections; and the appointed Villarruel.

In the case of the vice president, it's striking how she distanced herself from Milei. With a positive rating of 30 points, she fell 13 points behind the President in this ranking. When she started her administration, the vice president often surpassed him, and this generated suspicions in the Casa Rosada.

The bottom of the table also contains interesting data. One, surprising and anticipated in the title of the article, is that Karina Milei has less support than Juan Grabois.
In the first months of her administration, when she was quickly mentioned as a possible candidate, the Secretary of the Presidency was not doing so badly. But then, the exposure to the internal conflict with Santiago Caputo, among other things, affected her numbers.
Synopsis today she has + 28% and - 59%, against + 29% and - 60% of the K picket. Both end with a negative balance of 31 points, but he surpasses her because he has one more point of positive.
The rest of those in the red part of the ranking can be divided in two. On the one hand, Sergio Massa and Máximo Kirchner have the highest negative ratings: -63% and -64%, respectively.
But with a positive of 24 and 23 points, the K's are enough to surpass the last three: a PRO, Mauricio Macri ( + 22% and - 57% ); and two radicals, Rodrigo de Loredo ( + 16% and - 34% ) and Martín Lousteau ( + 15% and - 59% ).
