For the first time, the opposition and part of the Servant of the People party are openly demanding the dismissal of the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, a close confidant of Zelensky, who is considered a symbol of excessive concentration of power and possible links to corruption.

"We need a government purge and systemic change. And Yermak must be part of that," said deputy Vladimir Ariyev.

Zelensky has refused to fire Yermak despite pressure from his own faction. Anti-corruption experts warn that if the president does not remove all those involved, he will lose his legitimacy.

"This is a matter of the survival of the Ukrainian state," said Olena Treguba, secretary general of the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission.

Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) is preparing to file new charges that could further tarnish the government's reputation.
