Committee Chairman James Corner, a Republican, announced that Bill Clinton will be summoned on October 14. His wife, Hillary, is expected on October 9 to provide more information about their ties to Epstein.

The committee has also summoned six former Attorney Generals and two former directors of the FBI. The hearings are scheduled to begin at the end of this month and last until mid-October. The committee has also issued a subpoena to the Justice Department for the release of documents related to Epstein, including all communications between former President Joe Biden and his administration with the Justice Department regarding the Epstein case.

Epstein died in 2019 in his jail cell while awaiting trial. He had been charged with sexual abuse and human trafficking. Authorities said he committed suicide, but conspiracy theorists dispute that.
